Find tools in your workspace
Workspace menus are grouped by task and filtered for your role.
Workspace menus are organized into Dashboard, People & verification, Vehicles & trips, Finance & rewards, Customer support, and Platform management. You see only sections and tools permitted for your account. Empty groups are hidden.
Staff and administrators can update their display name, job title, phone, and photo in My profile. The sign-in email is read-only. Renters and Vehicle owners are separate management modules in People & verification. Identity review is in Verification review, while vehicle accreditation is in Vehicles & trips. Owners continue from Add a vehicle to five guided views and private OR/CR and insurance captures. The front photo is the cover and the five approved views appear in the gallery. Current registration, TPL and comprehensive insurance, plus an installed tracker linked by staff, are required for new accreditation.
Ledger, Earnings, Reports and rewards appear under Finance & rewards when your role permits them. Customer inbox and Support are grouped together. Renter and owner accounts see Help & support.
Authorized administrators find Team & roles, Homepage images, API keys & settings, Launch readiness, Audit trail and Software updates in Platform management. A menu link does not grant access to a restricted operation. On phones, tap Workspace menu to open the grouped list of tools.
Select the Arkilamo logo in the header or footer to open the website home page. These are standard links, so you can also open the home page in a new tab.
The full-width website footer groups public links into Explore, Help & support, and Our policies. Use these links to find cars, owner information, the Help Center, your account and the complete policy documents. Footer access does not bypass sign-in or role restrictions.
Administrators can allow Verification review for an internal staff role through Team & roles → Roles → Edit role → Allow Verification review. Administrators always have access; Operations roles retain review access by default. Other internal staff need an explicit grant. Renter and vehicle-owner roles cannot receive this permission. Reviewers must record a reason to open private evidence, and access expires after a short review session. A reviewer cannot decide their own case.
Vehicle owners do not see GPS monitoring until the platform connection and at least one of their own tracker assignments are ready. The GPS page and map API enforce the same requirement. Administrators can still configure monitoring.
Permitted staff find Vehicle types under Vehicles & trips. This catalog supplies the types used in listing forms and search. Catalog management is separate from owning or accrediting a vehicle.
Sign in to open your role dashboard. On phones, the signed-in bottom bar has Dashboard, shortcuts for your role and Menu. Open Menu for all tools available to you. Renters browse and request vehicles inside the account.
When email notifications are enabled, Arkilamo sends a welcome email and updates about new booking requests and owner decisions. Open your dashboard to check the latest booking details.
Your workspace avatar uses your current verification selfie while that capture is available. The avatar is visible in your own signed-in workspace. If a photo is unavailable, your initials appear.
Vehicle cards show the expected return date when a confirmed rental or active reservation overlaps your selected dates. Choose dates that do not overlap before requesting the vehicle. Booking chat opens when you submit a booking request. The renter and assigned owner can reopen it from Bookings or from Chats. Under Handover location, the owner proposes a public meeting pin. The renter may agree or suggest a different pin. A change needs fresh agreement. Meet in daylight at a staffed location and verify the driver, plate, vehicle condition, and payment status before exchanging keys. Chats also links to Arkilamo Care. On phones, the sticky account header and bottom navigation remain available while chatting. The notification bell shows booking, rewards, verification, wallet and chat updates. The latest messages appear first; use Earlier messages to view older history, and use Options on an incoming message to report it. The platform checks messages for possible off-platform arrangements. Administrators and staff with investigation permission can view booking chat and pin history after recording a reason.
